Which Pillovely mattress should I choose?

Our range includes four mattresses: the Softly (approx. 19 cm) and Pillov (approx. 30 cm) pocket sprung mattresses and the hypoallergenic Sny and Koldra multipocket mattresses (approx. 20 cm). All are double-sided, with one H3 side and one firmer side, and 7 firmness zones.

Should I choose an H3 or H4 mattress?

The H3 side is medium-firm and the H4 side firm – the Softly, Pillov and Koldra mattresses give you both firmness levels in one mattress, you just turn it over. On the Sny mattress the latex side is H3 and the coconut side H4 or H5, depending on the size.

What is the difference between a pocket sprung and a multipocket mattress?

A multipocket mattress has more, smaller springs than a standard pocket sprung mattress, so it follows the body more closely: the Sny has 506 and the Koldra 508 springs per m², while the Softly pocket sprung mattress has 262 springs per m². All the springs work independently.

Which 160x200 mattress should I choose?

The Pillov, Sny and Koldra mattresses are available in 160x200 cm. The Pillov and Koldra come in sizes from 80x200 to 200x200 cm.

Are Pillovely mattresses suitable for allergy sufferers?

Yes, the Softly, Pillov, Sny and Koldra mattresses are hypoallergenic. The Sny and Koldra have a Summer/Winter cover – the winter side with sheep's wool and the summer side in 100% cotton.

Can the mattress cover be washed?

Yes, the mattress covers are removable and washable – at 40°C on the Softly, Sny and Koldra. The Softly and Koldra covers close with an L-shaped zip.

Which is the deepest Pillovely mattress?

The deepest is the Pillov pocket sprung mattress – approx. 30 cm, with multi-layer polyurethane foam and 7-zone pocket springs. The Sny and Koldra mattresses are approx. 20 cm deep and the Softly approx. 19 cm.

Will the mattress fit an ottoman bed with storage?

According to its specification, the Softly mattress fits most bed frames, including those with bedding storage. Pillovely upholstered and divan beds come in standard mattress sizes, e.g. 160x200 cm.

How do delivery and returns work for a mattress?

The Softly, Pillov, Sny and Koldra mattresses are dispatched within 14 days, and delivery terms for your country are shown at checkout. You can return a mattress within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason; you pay the return shipping.
