Pillovely Service is an additional service that eliminates the need for you to worry about carrying and assembling new furniture yourself. Depending on the product, you can choose between delivery with carrying or delivery with carrying and assembly. The furniture will be delivered to the designated room, and if assembly is chosen, it will also be assembled on site.

Select the furniture piece you are interested in, then on its product page, choose the available delivery method. Once you select an option that includes carrying in or assembly, the service cost will be automatically added to your order. After that, simply complete your purchase in the cart.

The available service variants depend on the type of furniture. Different options may be available for sofas and corner sofas, others for beds, and still others for chests of drawers, tables, or wardrobes. You can check current possibilities and the cost of the service on the product page or when placing an order.

The price depends on the type of furniture and the scope of the service. For upholstered living room furniture, transport with delivery and carrying to the room costs PLN 199, and with delivery, carrying to the room, and assembly costs PLN 299. For upholstered and continental beds, it is PLN 199 and PLN 399 respectively. The assembly of hard furniture costs from PLN 399 to PLN 799, depending on its category. The final price is visible before placing an order.

Yes, for selected furniture categories, a delivery option with carrying the furniture into the premises is available. This applies to, among others, upholstered living room furniture, as well as upholstered and continental beds. The furniture will then be carried into the indicated room, but without assembly.

Assembly includes standard furniture assembly or arrangement according to the manufacturer's instructions. The service does not include additional modifications, drilling, anchoring furniture to walls, or installation work.

Before delivery, prepare the path from the entrance to the place where the furniture is to be placed. Corridors, stairwells, elevators, and the destination room should allow for safe entry of the product. It is also advisable to secure delicate furnishings, floors, and walls along the entry route.

Yes, the delivery and setup service was also created for customers who cannot move heavy furniture to an upper floor themselves. However, it is important that the staircase, corridors, or elevator allow for safe delivery and setup of the furniture.

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, we will contact you to arrange and confirm the delivery date and estimated time slot. You will also receive information regarding the service before the planned arrival.

Standard service does not include collection of old furniture, its dismantling, or removal and disposal of packaging from the premises or property. Unpacking of new furniture is carried out to the extent necessary for its delivery or assembly.
