With exceptional precision, he oversees the quality of every project, paying attention to even the smallest details. He ensures that all Pillovely products are not only aesthetically pleasing and functional but also meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. Every piece of furniture must pass his personal test of perfection before it reaches the customer. Outside of work, Damian enjoys spending time on the ski slopes and in the kitchen, where, just like in his company, precision, quality, and refinement of every element are paramount.

Marketing
Joanna is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that support brand development and help Pillovely reach an ever-wider audience with its offerings. She oversees consistent and appealing communication, ensures creative product presentation, and generates ideas that make the brand stand out and stay close to its customers. She seeks inspiration not only in the latest trends but also in what is particularly close to her heart: nature, flowers, and unique Bolesławiec pottery. It is precisely her passion for beautiful forms, colors, and the world of plants that often serves as the starting point for creating original names for our furniture.

He ensures that every piece of material forms one cohesive, well-thought-out whole. Personally, he is a lover of retro style and classic automotive design, in which he particularly appreciates timeless design, character, and attention to detail. These inspirations help him build Pillovely's image in a distinctive, elegant, and memorable way.

Oliwia is responsible for PR activities, client communication, and building lasting relationships with the Pillovely brand's stakeholders. She ensures that communication is clear, professional, and tailored to the needs of each individual. In her private life, she balances three diverse passions. Tomek is an accounting expert who meticulously oversees company finances, documents, and settlements. His other great passion is comics—it was his initiative that led to the creation of our company reading corner. He gladly shares his favorite titles, recommends interesting stories, and infects others with a love for graphic narratives. Logistics Department
Darek is responsible for the efficient organization of shipments and the coordination of activities that ensure orders safely and timely reach customers. With great commitment, he oversees every stage of the logistics process, maintaining order, good communication, and proper execution. He can react quickly, effectively resolve emerging challenges, and ensure that everything arrives where it should. Personally, he is a big football fan, with FC Barcelona holding a special place in his heart. Just like on the pitch, at work he focuses on good organization, precise passes, and successfully delivering every package straight to its destination.

He pays attention to every detail and ensures that the showroom space is always refined, functional, and perfectly presented. Privately, he is a great fan of motorcycles, appreciating both their power and character, as well as their precision of execution – qualities that perfectly reflect his approach to work.

Daniel oversees the smooth operation of IT systems and the development of the Pillovely website. On a daily basis, he solves technical puzzles, improves the website's functionality, and ensures that it is convenient and intuitive for users. Always ready for new challenges, he can find a solution even when technology decides to stop cooperating. After hours, he enjoys long movie sessions, which has made him our indispensable expert in practical sofa testing. If a piece of furniture provides comfort throughout a movie marathon, it has certainly passed his demanding quality test.

Content Creator
Patryk is responsible for editing reels and video materials, giving them the right pace, dynamics, and character. He ensures that each shot forms a cohesive whole and that the final material is attractive, modern, and well-suited to the brand's communication. In addition to editing, he eagerly takes on all technical tasks, which is why we jokingly call him our "bricklayer, plasterer, and acrobat" for монтаж-related matters. Privately, he is interested in AI novelties and the automotive industry.
