Which corner sofa is best for a small living room?
For a small living room, choose a corner sofa 230–250 cm wide and as shallow as possible. The shallowest are Agi, Kingi and Klara: they are 244 cm wide and only 142 cm deep, open out into a 200 × 142–154 cm bed and are reversible, so the chaise can go on the left or the right. Which corner sofa is best for a large living room?
For a large living room, choose a 4–5 seater corner sofa from 275 cm wide or a U-shaped corner sofa. ALLORO U is 345 cm wide, has a 145 × 302 cm sleeping area and a fully upholstered back, so it can stand in the middle of the room. Harvesty (332 cm, seats 4–5), Leafy and Rosalia (293 cm each) are premium seating-only models without a sleeping function.
L-shaped or U-shaped corner sofa?
An L-shaped corner sofa fits into a corner or along one wall – it is the most popular choice, and most of our models have this shape. A U-shaped corner sofa surrounds the coffee table on three sides and suits a living room where 5 or more people sit together. In this collection, the U-shaped corner sofa is ALLORO U.
Left-hand facing, right-hand facing or reversible corner sofa?
The side is described as you stand facing the sofa: a left-hand facing corner sofa has the chaise on the left, and a right-hand facing corner sofa has it on the right. Most models can be ordered in a left-hand or right-hand facing version. If you do not know the layout yet or are planning to move, choose a reversible model – Agi, Kingi, Klara or ALLORO U.
Which corner sofa bed is best for everyday sleeping?
For everyday sleeping, choose a corner sofa bed with a sleeping area at least 140 cm wide and a mechanism that is easy to use every day. Good options include:
- BALOA (276 cm) and ALLORO (257 cm) – sleeping area 145 × 212 cm, bedding storage.
- Puentro – sleeping area 140 × 213 cm, assisted DL mechanism.
- Milorya – sleeping area 140 × 215 cm in a width of only 230 cm.
- Bulu – Lux seat system: bonnell springs, zigzag springs and high-resilience (HR) foam.
- OLEMO 123 × 250 – an extra-long 250 cm sleeping area for tall people.
The DL mechanism works like this: you pull the seat forward and lower the backrest, without moving the corner sofa away from the wall. An assisted mechanism also helps you lift the seat, so opening it out takes no effort.
Which corner sofas have storage?
16 corner sofas in this collection have bedding storage, including all the corner sofa beds and Francessco, which has storage but does not convert into a bed. In Agi, Kingi and Klara the storage compartment measures 125.5 × 26 × 57.5 cm, and in Dori 128 × 61 × 25 cm – enough for a duvet, two pillows and a throw. Who is a corner sofa without a bed for?
Choose a corner sofa without a sleeping function if it is for seating only and you want a fixed, even shape and a wide seat. These models are the May 3 seater and May 4 seater (275 cm, Poso corduroy), Rosalia, Leafy and Harvesty.
Corduroy, bouclé or woven fabric – which is best for a corner sofa?
- Poso corduroy – soft, with vertical ribs and resistant to snagging. Used on Agi, Kingi, Klara and May. See corduroy corner sofas.
- Bouclé – a fabric with a fine looped texture, cosy and decorative: Lambi on BALOA, Raven on Bamby and Abriamo on the OLEMO 4 seater.
- Aragon weave – a water-repellent fabric that does not absorb liquids straight away; a good choice with children. Used on OLEMO, Rosalia and Harvesty.
- Tilia – a ribbed upholstery fabric used on ALLORO and Dori.
With dogs and cats, avoid fabrics with large, loose loops. Before you decide, order up to 5 free fabric samples and look at the colour in daylight.

How do I measure my living room for a corner sofa?
- Measure the wall where the longer side will stand and compare it with the width of the corner sofa.
- Measure the space for the chaise – from the wall to the coffee table or walkway – and compare it with the depth of the model.
- If it is a corner sofa bed, check that about 60 cm of walkway will remain when it is opened out.
- Measure doors, hallways and stairs – the dimensions of every model are listed in its specification.

Yes – you can order up to 5 free fabric samples and check the colour and texture at home before you buy.
