What is the order fulfillment time?
The lead time depends on the chosen product and its availability. We always provide current updates on lead times, so you know exactly what stage your order is at. If you need a quick turnaround, please also check the Express Delivery tab.
After placing an order, can I change the fabric, color, or configuration?
If the order has not yet been submitted for processing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check if it is still possible to make changes.
Can I choose any fabric for an upholstered piece of furniture?
Yes. We can make sofas, corner sofas, and upholstered beds in any fabric available in our offer. This allows you to match the color and texture of the material to your interior. Please note that furniture made in personalized fabric is not returnable.
How to choose the corner sofa side – right or left?
It's worth checking the marking and drawing of the specific model. If you're unsure which side to choose, send us a photo or a simple room plan, and we'll help you select the right variant.
Do all sofas and corner sofas have a sleeping function and a storage compartment?
No. The sleeping function and bedding container depend on the specific model. All available features can be found in the description of the selected product.
Which fabric should I choose if I have children or pets?
It is worth choosing a material that is easy to clean, resistant to abrasion, and everyday use. For pet owners, fabrics that minimize fur embedment and snags will also work well.
Can I see Pillovely furniture live?
Yes. We invite you to our showroom at Adama Mickiewicza 27 in Wadowice. There, you can see selected models, check their comfort, and compare available fabrics and colors.
Will I be kept informed about the progress of my order?
Yes. At every stage, we inform the client about the most important issues related to order fulfillment, including the current lead time, status, and planned delivery. If any changes occur, we also communicate them on an ongoing basis.
Will the furniture be delivered as a whole?
This depends on the product's construction. Sofas, corner sofas, beds, and other furniture may be delivered in several parts that need to be assembled on-site.
Do you ship furniture outside of Poland?
Yes. Pillovely sells and delivers to 11 markets. The possibility and cost of transport depend on the product and the destination country. If you want to order furniture abroad, please contact us and we will check the available delivery options.
