Pole combines the comfort of a continental bed with practical storage solutions. The high headboard supports comfortable evening reading, while elegant wooden legs in a wenge finish add lightness and a refined look to the design. This is a solid, European-made product, crafted with attention to detail and everyday durability.
Two storage compartments with easy top opening
Each base hides a separate, deep storage compartment for bedding. Thanks to the spring-assisted lifting mechanism and slatted frame, opening is smooth and effortless – no strain and no risk of sudden closing. It’s a quick way to keep your bedroom organized: duvets, pillows and blankets are always within reach, yet neatly hidden.
Bonnell mattress – resilient support for years
The set includes a main bonnell spring mattress (approx. 98 springs/m²), made of high-quality wire. The classic hourglass shape, interconnected springs and double-sided felt layers ensure even weight distribution and proper air circulation inside the mattress. The T25 foam layer enhances elasticity, resistance to deformation and overall comfort, providing stable and supportive spine alignment every night.
Phrases
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

You can order free fabric samples and check the material in your own home. A sample allows you to see the actual shade, texture, and how the fabric looks in daylight and artificial light. You can typically order up to 5 different samples.
Can I buy furniture on installments?
Yes. At Pillovely, you can take advantage of the option to purchase furniture online in installments. Available financing options will appear during checkout, allowing you to choose the solution best suited to your budget.
Can I order furniture delivery and assembly?
Yes. For all products, you can use the Pillovely Service, which includes delivery to your premises, and depending on the selected option, also furniture assembly. This is a convenient solution if you do not want to arrange transport and assistance with setting up the furniture yourself.
