White Material

The white material breaks down grease and dirt into tiny particles that combine with water to form an emulsion. When using gloves, the resulting emulsion is removed with a Sunbeam cleaning cloth. The material is intended for wet cleaning on water-resistant surfaces.

The white glove is ideal for cleaning windows, frames, window sills, fireplace glass, and bathroom fixtures. It can also be used on bathtubs, sinks, faucets, glass surfaces, cookers, kitchen sinks, countertops, and car bodywork. Additionally, it helps eliminate unpleasant odors. Refrigerators and microwave ovens can also be cleaned without detergents.

The white floor pad is designed for all surfaces that can withstand larger amounts of water, such as ceramic tiles, terracotta, glazed tiles, stoneware, and large glass surfaces including windows and glass railings.

Beige Material

The beige glove is designed for surfaces that do not tolerate excess moisture. Slightly damp, it is ideal for cleaning matte cabinets, home electronics, shoes, handbags, leather furniture, and leather upholstery. It is also perfect for doors, wooden furniture, musical instruments, and electronic equipment. It can additionally be used for the care of live and artificial plants.

Sunbeam is a densely woven microfiber cloth with anti-fog properties, designed to remove water and emulsion left behind after using the white and beige cleaning gloves. It is particularly useful for window cleaning - wiping the rubber blade of the window tool, cleaning window corners, and drying frames and sills. Together with the white glove, it creates an effective glass-cleaning system.

Window Cleaning Tool

Microfiber and Nanosilver

The effectiveness of Raypath cleaning products comes from their unique construction. The microfibers used are only 20 microns thick and feature a structure similar to human hair, allowing them to effectively capture and retain dirt. Contaminants are trapped within the fibers rather than being spread back onto the cleaned surface. This makes it possible to achieve excellent cleaning results without aggressive chemicals.

The cleaning products are additionally enriched with nanosilver particles that provide bacteriostatic properties. By interacting with the DNA of microorganisms, they help inhibit hundreds of types of viruses, bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms. You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

How to properly make a return?

1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
