You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Can you prepare a visualization of the furniture in my interior?
Yes. We can prepare a visualization of a selected piece of furniture in your interior. Just send us a photo of the room, its dimensions, and indicate the model, color, and fabric you are interested in. This will make it easier for you to assess the proportions of the furniture and its fit into the overall arrangement.
What if I'm unsure about the color or fabric?
You can order free fabric samples and check the material in your own home. A sample allows you to see the actual shade, texture, and how the fabric looks in daylight and artificial light. You can typically order up to 5 different samples.
Can I buy furniture on installments?
Yes. At Pillovely, you can take advantage of the option to purchase furniture online in installments. Available financing options will appear during checkout, allowing you to choose the solution best suited to your budget.
Can I order furniture delivery and assembly?
Yes. For all products, you can use the Pillovely Service, which includes delivery to your premises, and depending on the selected option, also furniture assembly. This is a convenient solution if you do not want to arrange transport and assistance with setting up the furniture yourself.
What should I do if I need help after placing an order?

What if I notice a defect or damage after receiving the furniture?
If you notice a defect, damage or other irregularity, you can submit a complaint to our team. It is helpful to have your order number, a description of the situation, and photos showing the problem ready. Based on this information, we will be able to efficiently verify your submission and propose a further solution.
Can I return the product I ordered?
In specific cases, it is possible to return a product in accordance with the store's current rules and regulations regarding distance selling. Personalized products are not returnable. Before making a purchase, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the current return policy.
How do I know if the furniture will fit in the apartment?
Before purchasing, check not only the dimensions of the furniture itself but also the width of doors, corridors, stairwells, and elevators. If you're unsure, you can send us photos and dimensions of the space: we'll help assess if the chosen model will be suitable.
