Innovative Max-System filling
Sofa Lento guarantees the highest level of comfort thanks to the use of a system Max-System, which combines three elements:
- type B wave springs – are responsible for the flexibility and durability of the seat,
- pocket springs – each placed in a separate pocket, works independently, adapting to the shape of the body and providing stable support,
- visco foam (thermoelastic) – reacting to body heat, perfectly adapting to the silhouette and supporting correct posture.
This combination guarantees not only exceptional seating and sleeping comfort, but also durability for years.
High-quality workmanship and durable materials
The sofa's construction uses polyurethane foam, which ensures flexibility, resistance to deformation and long-lasting comfort of use. Backrest cushions filled out polyurethane-silicone insert, thanks to which they are elastic, fluffy and do not lose their shape even after intensive use. Additionally, the pillows have specially created chambers which prevent the filling from shifting and increase elasticity.

Phrases
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

You can order free fabric samples and check the material in your own home. A sample allows you to see the actual shade, texture, and how the fabric looks in daylight and artificial light. You can typically order up to 5 different samples.
