White Glove

The White Glove effectively breaks down dirt and grease into tiny particles, creating an emulsion with water that is then removed using the Sunbeam cloth. Silver Water is a nanosilver-based solution designed for the disinfection and protection of various surfaces. Thanks to its biostatic properties, it effectively helps limit the growth of microorganisms and fungi. It is ideal for disinfecting surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets, as well as for refreshing and deodorising clothing and footwear.

Microfibre and NanoSilver

The microfibre used in their production is only 20 micrometres thick and features a structure similar to human hair, allowing it to effectively attract and retain dirt. You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

How to properly make a return?

1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
