Pilla's Reading Corner: The Gotrek & Felix Adventures Series - William King and others
- by Daniel Pawlik
"The blinding light of logic can pierce the darkest gloom of falsehood" - William King, Skaven Slayer
Hack'and'slash in the world of Warhammer.
We follow the adventures of the Dwarf Gotrek Gurnisson and the Human Felix Jaeger. Fast-paced, light fantasy with a large dose of humor. So if you're looking for less demanding literature with fast-paced action like in "Diablo", where your hand/eye aches from swinging an axe or other iron, you can't go wrong.
For "Warhammer" fans, it's probably a must-have, for everyone else, it's a lot of fun and a cool, atmospheric universe: Dwarves, Mages, Skaven, Vampires, Forces of Chaos... who you won't meet here.
Now let's see how the book was rated by readers and check out the reviews on lubimyczytac.pl:
Quite a good position in the legal thriller genre. Reads well. As befits the genre, it keeps you in suspense throughout. While reading, we are curious how the action will unfold. Surprising ending to the story. I will definitely reach for another book from this series. I recommend it to fans of legal thrillers and beyond!

One of my favorite parts of the series, especially because of the character of the Grey Seer Thanquol. I also really liked the heavy, suffocating, and oppressive atmosphere of the city of Nuln. This is exactly how I imagined cities in Warmlot.

Headboard Ideas – How to Choose the Perfect Headboard to Elevate Your Bedroom
Take away everything else in a bedroom — the nightstands, the rug, the lamp you keep meaning to replace — and one piece still tells you almost everything about the room's character: what's standing behind the pillows. A headboard is the closest thing a bedroom has to a backdrop, the surface your eye lands on every single morning before it lands on anything else. Get it right, and the whole room feels finished even on the days the bed isn't perfectly made.

TV Unit Ideas – How to Choose and Style the Perfect TV Stand for Your Living Room
There was a time when the TV unit was basically a piece of furniture-sized negotiation. A CRT set the size of a small fridge, a tangle of scart leads behind it, a shelf groaning under the weight of a VHS collection, and — if the household was really keeping up with the times — a chunky silver DVD player blinking 00:00 because nobody had reset the clock since the last power cut. Friday nights meant a trip to Blockbuster and a rented tape balanced on top; Thursday nights meant the whole family arranged around it for "must-see TV." The television unit wasn't just storage. It was the stage for the whole ritual.

Chest of Drawers – How to Choose and Style This Versatile Storage Piece
Every sitcom bedroom has one. That slightly too-full chest of drawers standing against the wall, usually with a lamp on top and a mirror leaning against it, quietly holding everything the script never mentions — the character's whole offscreen life folded into six drawers. And in real homes, it works exactly the same way: no piece of furniture absorbs more of the ordinary chaos of daily life, and does it with less credit, than the humble chest of drawers.
