Skeleto 114x78 metal shelving unit – asymmetry that brings order to your interior

The low, wide Skeleto bookcase combines a lightweight steel frame with shelves arranged in a distinct staggered pattern. As a result, it doesn’t look like an ordinary bookshelf, but rather a well-thought-out piece of interior design with its own rhythm. The open design doesn’t overwhelm the room, whilst still providing plenty of space for the things you like to keep on display. It works well by a window, behind a sofa or against a wall in the hall.

Shelves arranged differently from usual

The asymmetrical layout creates recesses of varying widths, whilst on the right-hand side there is a smaller, staggered shelf. This is a good spot for a vase, a candle or a favourite book displayed face-out. The remaining shelves can hold books, games and decorations, whilst the top section, 114 cm wide, doubles as a small console table for plants and small items.

The steel frame takes centre stage

The frame and base are made of powder-coated steel with a slightly rough texture. The bookcase stands on six square-section legs, each 6.8 cm high, fitted with felt pads to protect the floor. The slender profiles emphasise the industrial character of the piece, and at 78 cm high and 35 cm deep, the bookcase remains compact.

Three colour options

In the ‘Wild Oak’ version, a warm, matt wood finish is paired with a black frame – a combination that adds warmth to modern and loft-style interiors. ‘Black Melamine’ features black ash-coloured shelves on a black frame, creating a cohesive and striking look. The Grey Melamine version combines grey shelves with a grey frame, and this version is FSC™-certified and designed by Nissens Tegnestue. The shelves in all versions have an MDF core and a textured finish that is easy to keep clean.

For books, games and bits and bobs for the home

The maximum load capacity of the main shelf is 26 kg, and the unit itself weighs 15.3 kg. You can use it as a low bookcase in the living room, a filing cabinet in your home office, or a shelf for shoes and baskets in the hall.

How to properly make a return?

1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
