Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Which colour is the ARAGON 03 fabric sample?
ARAGON 03 is Cream Taupe, a creamy taupe – one of the 21 colours of the ARAGON upholstery fabric at Pillovely. The colour is best judged on the sample in daylight, as the shade on screen may differ from the real one.
What is the ARAGON fabric made of?
ARAGON upholstery fabric is 95% polyester (PES) and 5% nylon (NY), weighs 340 g/m² (± 5%) and is at least 140 cm wide. Yarn slippage is 2.6–3.0 mm in the warp and 2.1–2.5 mm in the weft.
What is the abrasion resistance of the ARAGON fabric?
The ARAGON fabric has an abrasion resistance of 45,000–60,000 cycles. Colour fastness to rubbing (dry and wet) is rated 5 for light colours and 4–5 for medium and dark colours.
Does the ARAGON fabric pill?
The ARAGON fabric's tendency to pill is rated 4 on a scale of 1–5, where 5 means the lowest tendency to pill. This is a good result for an upholstery fabric for a corner sofa, sofa or upholstered bed.
Is the ARAGON fabric flame-retardant?
Yes, the ARAGON fabric is labelled flame-retardant in its technical data.
