Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Which colour is the POSO 46 fabric sample?

POSO corduroy has an abrasion resistance of at least 35,000 cycles in the Martindale test, so it works well as an upholstery fabric for sofas and corner sofas.
Does the POSO corduroy fabric fade?
According to its specification, POSO corduroy has a light fastness of 4–5 and a colour fastness to rubbing of 5, both dry and wet.
Is the POSO corduroy fabric flame-retardant?
The POSO fabric is labelled with standard flame retardancy in its technical data, and a version with enhanced flame retardancy is available to order.
