Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Which colour is the FRESH 01 fabric sample?
The FRESH 01 fabric sample is a sandy caramel shade – one of 22 colours of FRESH upholstery fabric at Pillovely. Colour is best judged on the sample in daylight, as the shade on screen may differ from the real one.
What is the FRESH fabric made of?
FRESH is a velvet upholstery fabric made of 100% polyester (PES), weighing 270 g/m² (±5%) and 144 cm (±2 cm) wide.
How hard-wearing is the FRESH fabric?
FRESH fabric has an abrasion resistance of 81,000 cycles, which is high for a velvet upholstery fabric. Colour fastness to rubbing (dry and wet) is rated 4–5.
Does the FRESH fabric pill or fade?
FRESH fabric has a pilling resistance rating of 5, the highest on the 1–5 scale, and a light fastness rating of 4–5. This helps FRESH velvet keep its looks on furniture used every day.
