Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Which colour is the PAROS 06 fabric sample?
PAROS 06 is Graphite Ocean, a dark graphite shade in the PAROS upholstery fabric collection. The colour is best judged on the sample in daylight, as the shade can look different on screen.
What is the PAROS fabric made of?
The PAROS upholstery fabric is made of 100% polyester (PES). It weighs 270 g/m² (± 10%) and is 145 cm (± 2 cm) wide.
What is the abrasion resistance of the PAROS fabric?
The PAROS fabric has an abrasion resistance of 50,000 cycles and a pilling resistance of 5. Colour fastness to rubbing (dry and wet) is 4-5 and light fastness is 6-7.
Is the PAROS fabric ignition-resistant?
Yes, the PAROS upholstery fabric is labelled ignition-resistant (cigarette test) in its technical data.
