Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

TILIA is an upholstery fabric made of 100% polyester (PES), weighing 420 g/m² (± 5%) and at least 140 cm wide. A flame-retardant version is available on request.
What is the abrasion resistance of TILIA fabric?
TILIA fabric has an abrasion resistance of 90,000–100,000 cycles and a pilling resistance of 4. It is a very hard-wearing upholstery fabric for everyday use on sofas and corner sofas.
Is TILIA fabric fade-resistant?
Yes, TILIA fabric has a light fastness of 5 and a colour fastness to rubbing (dry and wet) of 4–5. This helps it keep its colour well, even on furniture standing in a bright room.
