Raypath Upholstery Cleaning Glove
The white NOVA Raypath glove is designed for effective cleaning of upholstered surfaces without the use of detergents. Its long and dense microfibres penetrate deep into dirt, capturing and trapping it within the fibre structure. Before use, simply moisten the glove with water and gently squeeze out the excess. Thanks to its high absorbency, it removes dirt effectively without leaving excess moisture behind, keeping surfaces fresh and clean. It is a safe solution for homes with children, allergy sufferers, and pets.
NOVA Glove for Cleaning Sofas and Upholstery
The NOVA glove with the yellow label is ideal for cleaning sofas, armchairs, cushions, mattresses, carpets, car upholstery, and headliners. Using gentle circular motions, the microfibres break down dirt into tiny particles that combine with water to form an emulsion, allowing them to be effectively removed from the fabric. The product can be used wherever textile surfaces require refreshing. The glove is also suitable for maintaining high-gloss surfaces - in such cases, using the Sunbeam cleaning cloth dry is recommended.
Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
