The body of the Shoe Cabinet is finished in cashmere, while the front is made from MDF with ABS-finished edges. The cabinet stands on 15 cm high solid oak legs, bringing the natural beauty of wood into the interior and highlighting the quality of its construction. The laminated furniture board body is resistant to scratches and moisture, making it suitable for long-term everyday use. The flaps feature a soft-close system, allowing them to close smoothly and quietly.

You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

How to properly make a return?

1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
