The White NOVA Glove combined with the Micro Silver Soap is ideal for cleaning heavily soiled upholstered surfaces that can tolerate a larger amount of water. The soap helps remove stubborn dirt and speeds up the entire cleaning process. The set effectively tackles stains on sofas, armchairs, mattresses, and other upholstered furniture. The glove can also be used for pet care. Before use, simply moisten it with clean water and gently squeeze out the excess water - it is then ready to use.
White NOVA Glove
The White NOVA Glove features a higher fibre density, allowing it to reach difficult areas more effectively. It is ideal for cleaning upholstered furniture, sofas, couches, mattresses, cushions, and carpets. The version with a yellow label can also be used together with the Sunbeam cloth for cleaning lacquered surfaces.
Micro Silver Soap
The Micro Silver Soap provides effective support in removing stubborn dirt while offering many additional uses. The micro silver particles help cleanse the skin and protect it against bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms. It combines caring properties with high cleaning performance. The soap contains no detergents or potentially irritating substances, making it suitable for the whole family. It can be used for daily personal hygiene as well as for hand-washing Raypath cleaning cloths.
Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
