Product description
Clouds Pocket Mattress – Comfort Tailored to Your Body
Clouds is a double-sided, 7-zone pocket spring mattress that, thanks to individually working pocket springs, responds perfectly to body pressure. Softer zones around the hips and shoulders, and firmer zones in the lumbar region, help maintain a natural spine alignment, regardless of sleep position. Individual "pocket" springs eliminate the wave effect, ensuring a restful sleep even for partners of different weights.
Double-sided functionality – summer & winter
On one side of the mattress, there's 3 cm of Visco memory foam, which softens and moulds to specific points with body heat, reducing pressure and improving blood circulation—an ideal choice for cooler nights. The other side is 3 cm of high-resilience latex with natural ventilation: it wicks away moisture and provides a pleasant cooling sensation in summer, and wraps you in elastic support in winter.
Freshness and hygiene thanks to the SUMMER/WINTER cover
The quilted cover with an L-shaped zip (washable at 40°C) facilitates hygiene. The winter side is lined with sheep's wool, which absorbs sweat and stabilizes body temperature, while the summer side, covered with 100% cotton, ensures breathability on hot nights. Air-conditioning fibre (ovata) further promotes air circulation within the insert.
Universal, medium hardness
Clouds is a medium-firm mattress (H3)—a happy medium between softness and firm support. This firmness will work well for most users, from side sleepers to back sleepers.
Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
