Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

What colour is the LETTO 92 Brown Stone fabric?
Brown Stone (LETTO code 92) is a brown with a stony, subdued character – one of the 22 LETTO upholstery fabric colours available from Pillovely. It is best to assess the colour on a sample in daylight, as the shade on screen may differ from the actual colour.
What is the LETTO fabric made of?
LETTO upholstery fabric is made from 100% polyester (PES), has a weight of 380 g/m² (±5%) and a minimum width of 140 cm. The thread slippage is 2.0–2.2 mm in the warp and 2.1–2.3 mm in the weft.
How abrasion-resistant is LETTO fabric?
LETTO fabric has an abrasion resistance of over 100,000 cycles, which indicates very high abrasion resistance for a furniture fabric. Its colour fastness to rubbing (dry and wet) is rated 4–5 for light, medium and dark colours.
Does LETTO fabric pill?
The LETTO fabric's tendency to pill is rated 4 on a scale of 1–5, where 5 indicates the lowest tendency to pill. This is a good result for an upholstery fabric for a sofa, corner sofa or upholstered bed.
Is LETTO fabric suitable for a home with pets?
Yes, LETTO fabric is labelled as pet-friendly. Combined with its abrasion resistance of over 100,000 cycles, it is a good choice for furniture in a home with a dog or cat.
