Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Which colour is the LETTO 38 fabric sample?
Earthy Sepia (code LETTO 38) is an earthy sepia, a warm brown – one of 22 colours of LETTO upholstery fabric at Pillovely. The colour is best judged on the sample in daylight, as shades on screen can differ from the real colour.
What is LETTO fabric made of?
LETTO upholstery fabric is made of 100% polyester (PES), weighs 380 g/m² (±5%) and is at least 140 cm wide. Yarn slippage is 2.0–2.2 mm in the warp and 2.1–2.3 mm in the weft.
What is the abrasion resistance of LETTO fabric?
LETTO fabric has an abrasion resistance of over 100,000 cycles, which is very high for an upholstery fabric. Its colour fastness to rubbing (dry and wet) is rated 4–5 for light, medium and dark colours.
Does LETTO fabric pill?
LETTO fabric is rated 4 for pilling on a scale of 1–5, where 5 means the lowest tendency to pill. That is a good result for upholstery fabric on a sofa, corner sofa or upholstered bed.
Is LETTO fabric suitable for homes with pets?
Yes, LETTO fabric is labelled pet-friendly. Combined with an abrasion resistance of over 100,000 cycles, it is a good choice for furniture in a home with a dog or cat.
Can I order furniture in LETTO Earthy Sepia fabric?
