Softly 7-zone pocket mattress H3/H4 – coconut + foam T25, 19 cm

The Softly mattress utilizes proven pocket technology: 262 springs per square metre, enclosed in individual pockets, work independently, reacting only where the body exerts pressure. Seven different firmness zones support key areas (neck, lumbar, hips, calves), keeping the spine in a natural alignment and eliminating the "wave" effect when two people are sleeping.

Two-sided choice of hardness – H3 or H4 in one mattress

Foam side (H3) – 2 cm of T25 resilient polyurethane foam offers medium-firm, comfortable support recommended for people weighing 80–110 kg.

Coconut side (H4) – 1 cm of natural coconut mat stiffens the surface, creating a harder option recommended for those over 100 kg or those who prefer a noticeably stiffer surface.

By flipping the mattress, you decide which sensation best suits your spine – and you can change it at any time.

Quiet operation of springs - a peaceful sleep for two

The absence of metal connectors means each spring compresses in complete silence. The partner's movements are not transmitted to the other side, so restless sleep from one user doesn't disturb the other's rest.

Hypoallergenic cotton cover – freshness all year round

The cover is washable (40°C), and its natural cotton composition improves air circulation and absorbs excess moisture. The air-conditioning fibre (wool) inside the quilting further supports the insert's ventilation, creating an environment that prevents dust mites – ideal for allergy sufferers and those with sensitive skin.

Key parameters: the mattress is approximately 19 cm high; its core consists of 262 pocket springs/m² divided into 7 support zones; on both sides there are layers of 2 cm of elastic polyurethane foam and 1 cm of natural coconut mat; you can choose the hardness between medium-firm H3 and hard H4, depending on the side; the whole thing is protected by a removable cover that can be washed at 40 °C, and the materials used are hypoallergenic.

You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

How to properly make a return?

1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
